Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Pineapple Farm when you access or use Objects. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity performed through your account, and keeping your authentication methods secure.

The shared world

Objects lets people claim geographic plots, build creations manually or with AI, and publish them into a shared world. A plot claim is a limited in-product permission, not ownership of land, airspace, intellectual property, or any real-world location. We may release inactive claims or change plot and world mechanics as the service evolves.

Your content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Pineapple Farm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, display, distribute, and make your content available as needed to operate, promote, and improve Objects. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and content already shared outside the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit prompts, images, names, descriptions, and creations and that your content does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Objects to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content; impersonate others; interfere with the service; evade limits; scrape or automate access without permission; distribute malware; or exploit the service or other users. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve information when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generations before publishing them and for ensuring that your use does not violate third-party rights. We do not guarantee that any generation will match a prompt or reference exactly.

Credits, memberships, and payments

Paid plans and generation credits are offered through Whop. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, consumed credits are not refundable. We may correct credit balances affected by errors, refunds, disputes, abuse, or failed payments. Unused credits and plan features may be subject to the conditions shown when purchased.

Availability and changes

Objects is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every plot, creation, generation, or piece of data will always remain available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pineapple Farm disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pineapple Farm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of content, revenue, profits, goodwill, or data. Our total liability relating to Objects will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for Objects during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Pineapple Farm from claims and costs arising from your content, your misuse of Objects, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Objects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes and contact
