Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Pineapple Farm. By accessing or using Objects, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the information and activity associated with your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Plots and the shared world

Objects lets you claim geographic plots, build creations, and publish them on a shared map. A plot claim only grants permission to use that space inside Objects. It does not give you ownership of real land, airspace, a location, or anyone else’s intellectual property.

We may change world mechanics or release inactive plots as the service develops.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts, images, models, names, descriptions, and other content you submit. You give Pineapple Farm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and technically adapt that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve Objects.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where reasonable backups, legal obligations, or copies already shared outside the service require continued retention. You must have the rights needed to submit your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Objects to publish illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content. Do not impersonate people, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits, or scrape or automate access without permission.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generations before publishing them and for making sure your use does not violate anyone else’s rights. We do not guarantee that a generation will match a prompt or reference image.

Credits and payments

Paid plans and generation credits are processed through Whop. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Unless the law or checkout terms require otherwise, used credits are not refundable.

We may correct balances affected by errors, refunds, disputes, failed payments, or abuse.

Availability

Objects is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every plot, creation, generation, or piece of data will remain available forever.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pineapple Farm disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pineapple Farm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost content, revenue, profits, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability relating to Objects will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Objects during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Pineapple Farm against claims and costs arising from your content, misuse of Objects, violation of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Ending access

You may stop using Objects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Objects changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent to kanhaskorgaonkar@gmail.com.
