Effective September 7, 2026

Who operates Objects

Objects is operated by Pineapple Farm. This policy applies to the Objects website at objects.pineapple.farm and the services available through it.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use an account, our authentication provider may process information such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, login method, and security events.

Creations and community activity

We store the prompts, reference images, drafts, brick arrangements, titles, descriptions, geographic plots, reactions, reports, and other content needed to create and operate the shared world. Published objects and their creator names are visible to other people.

Approximate location

Objects may use approximate location derived from your IP address to start the map near your region. You can separately choose to share more precise browser location by using the map’s location control. Geographic plots you claim or publish are part of the shared world.

Usage and device information

We and our service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, page views, referrers, performance measurements, errors, and interaction events to secure, operate, analyze, and improve Objects.

Payments

Payments and memberships are processed by Whop. We receive transaction identifiers, checkout status, membership status, purchased credit amounts, and related records needed to fulfill purchases. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save and publish creations, operate AI generation, process credits and purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, measure performance, improve the product, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

Prompts and optional reference images are sent to AI providers selected by Objects to generate editable building instructions. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or sensitive personal information in prompts or images.

Service providers

Objects relies on service providers including Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data and realtime services, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Whop for payments and attribution, and AI model providers for generation. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Objects, maintain the shared world, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You can delete your own published objects in the product. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact us using the address below.

Your choices

You may decline precise browser location, choose not to upload reference images, edit or delete your objects, and stop using the service. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information.

Children

Objects is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Objects changes; the effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
